Maria is an international nutrition consultant with experience in media, communications, sports, community and culinary nutrition. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. Prior to her graduation, she was introduced to microkinesiotherapy and obtained a cosmetology license in Russia, which has informed her passion for individual wellness, in and out. Being a competitive athlete since age of 4, and later getting signed with NYC modeling agency, Maria observed the entertainment industry workings from within. She adapted a trauma-informed approach to her nutrition consulting style, to deliver the best results. Her practice provides exclusive nutrition services to high-end entertainers and creatives. Her practice is tethered with health at every size principle, anti-diet and personalized approach to nourish clients to their definition of health. She aims to help those who are always in the spotlight to live their best lives.
